Candy Machine Design & Manufacturers
Our engineering staff designs and manufactures all our proprietary candy machines and production lines, which are then assembled in our UK facility by our experienced mechanical staff.
- All machine parts are produced in our machine shop or sourced from trusted UK suppliers that meet or exceed our quality control (QC) requirements.
- All wiring and PLCs are installed by our electrical staff. Only the best electrical components and PLC software and programs are utilised.
- All machines are constructed or modified to ensure that guarding and electrical interlocks, grounding, etc., meet or exceed international safety codes.
- The finished machine or production line is then thoroughly tested and operated under production conditions with candy.
Custom or Supplied Machines
Bespoke or Custom Machinery
Our engineering staff designs custom machinery as a one-off or for a production line to meet the customer’s requirements. As with proprietary machines, the same production sequence is followed.
Sourced Machines
Our sourced sweet manufacturing machines comprise an extensive list of new machines obtained from trusted and vetted non-UK partners, working closely with our engineering team. The machines are shipped directly to our UK factory, where they undergo a complete strip-down and rebuild to strict UK specifications. Any parts, such as bearings, wiring, relays, etc., considered substandard are replaced by our trained technicians. All sourced machines are built to order and factory-tested before shipment. The same propriety production sequence is adhered to.
Maintenance & Repair
Adansonia Confectionery Engineering can also provide on-site consultation on production line improvements, replacements, modifications, or rebuild maintenance, as well as repair of your confectionery equipment.
Depending on the customer’s requirements, we can usually supply the specific machinery or complete manufacturing lines determined during on-site consulting or via remote conferences. Please be assured that all communications between us and the customer will always remain confidential.
In instances where ACE does not manufacture or cannot supply the necessary machinery, we can and will recommend alternate vendors. We can also help with packaging materials and suppliers.
Reliably Tested Equipment
Using non-UK partners significantly reduces the base machine construction costs that are then passed through to the customer. The completed machine rivals any others on the market at a very competitive price point. With proper maintenance, our machines will provide years of efficient, trouble-free service.
For all machinery categories, Adansonia Confectionery Engineering welcomes customers to visit our facility to observe the factory testing of their equipment and to address any questions they may have.
