Machinery Construction & Assembly
Adansonia Confectionery Engineering designs and constructs proprietary and custom machinery and also sources machinery from trusted partners from around the world.
We work in conjunction with our engineering department to modify, improve, and upgrade machinery as needed. Our facility contains a complete machine and electrical shop capable of new construction and the full rebuild and modification of multiple types of confectionery equipment.
All sourced machinery from trusted suppliers is designated as base equipment and shipped directly to our facility for complete inspection and rebuilding to exact expert specifications.
Reasons To Choose Us
Base machines will arrive either wired to Adansonia Confectionery Engineering's electrical requirements or will arrive without any electrical or PLC systems. They will then be equipped with electrical equipment that meets our specific specifications and complies with UK and US codes.
The inspection and rebuild procedures include:
- Guards and shields are removed, and the machine is inspected for obvious defects. All visible defects are repaired or replaced.
- The machine is powered up, runs for hours at increasing speeds, and is checked for leaks, electrical load, noise, and vibrations.
- Detected issues are repaired or parts replaced, including hardware, bearings, gears, electrical connections, cables, and oil systems.
- The machine is sealed for operation, with substandard guards and interlock enclosures replaced.
- The finished machine is tested empty at high speed, then with the designated candy product.
- The rebuilt machine matches the European original, costs less, and offers reliable, efficient operation with maintenance.
- The machine ships with a manual wiring diagram, CE/UKCA (FDA) certification, and a one-year parts and labour guarantee.
- We offer on-site installation, start-up, and training and recommend including these in the purchase contract.
